The training was very engaging with activities and sharing sessions. The trainer used real examples that made it easy to understand and follow. We gained detailed explanations of KPI elements, scoring, weightage, and step-by-step guidelines for setting KPIs. The course also covered defining departmental KPIs, applying SMART goals and leading indicators, and strategies to convince employees to accept the KPI system.
